Over the weekend, award-winning rapper, Sarkodie launched his annual end of the year concert, “Rapperholic.”

The event was held at Sky-Bar in Accra with a lot of his friends including TV Personality Nana Aba Anamoah, DJ Mensah, Kofi Amoabeng, members of his team and some other industry players in attendance.

Speaking at the event, Sarkodie revealed that for eight years running since he started hosting the “Rapperholic” concert, he has high blood pressure every single time.

“I said I wasn’t going to do Rapperholic this year for two things, the pandemic obviously. And I have one person on my team who I really don’t trust…this is a guy who runs on adrenaline and gets things done.

“My BP goes up every Rapperholic and the secret is every Rapperholic on stage I am sick, every year, literary so for eight years I am always sick when I am on that platform…so this year, when they said we were doing Rapperholic, I started getting headaches but I have treated myself early…so I am fine,” he revealed at the launch.
