Ghanaian actress, Efia Odo has revealed the reason why she wasn’t physically present at the #FixTheCountry demonstration that happened on August 4, 2021.
Although Efia Odo was part of the leadership that started the #FixTheCountry protests on social media before, a lot of Ghanaians were shocked to not have seen the actress at the demonstration when it finally hit the streets.random
In a Twitter conversation with a follower who wanted to know why she wasn’t present at the demonstration, Efia Odo revealed that her life had been threatened numerous times prior to the demonstration.random
“My life was threatened on numerous occasions and my mother begged and cried for me to not go. She told me Ghana was not worth dying for but I can in my own way make a change,” she tweeted.
